Salmon Blinis


Blinis dough : 

  • 80g flour
  • 1/2 tablespoon baking powder  
  • 1 egg
  • 10cl milk



In a bowl mix the flour, baking powder and a hint of salt. Heat the milk in a pan. In a bowl beat the egg yolk with the milk and combine with the flour mixture.Mix to make a soft dough. Whip up egg white and combine it with the dough. In a creased pan cook your blinis.

Once the blinis is cooked spread Philadelphia cream cheese on it, put smoked salmon slices above and add red onions, pickle slices, dill and lime juice.
